  My wife and I bought our first house through Susanna Ruder. We had originally decided to finance through USAA, but we went to her based off the recommendation by our local real estate agent, Jolene Roberts. After our first introductory meeting with Susanna, we both knew we would go with her. Her experience and intelligence, paired with her fun personality was the perfect combination. Susanna isn’t a typical 9-5 lender, she was available at all hours for our questions and ensured we understood all aspects of the loan process. Additionally, she took a considerable amount of time crunching the numbers based upon the different variables to help us make our decision on loan type, down payment, etc. It was fun and a very stress-free experience for us. Susanna’s attention to detail and mastery of the loan process were incredible and we would trust her again in a heartbeat.
