- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have nothing good to say about H&R Block. They are the most unprofessional tax office I've ever been too. I had an appointment to see them and when I went to the office it was CLOSED! The doors were locked and no one was there. I tried to call their office, both locations in Manhattan and no one answered. When I popped up on them the next day, the old lady that was in there was very rude!! I explained to her what had happened and she didn't seem to care and got an attitude with me. I informed them that I run my own business and that's not proper business practice. Not to mention that H&R Block is way over priced for their services as well!! If I could give them 1/2 a star I would!!! Word of mouth and reputation are everything, especially in a small town. I will tell everyone not to go to H&R Block!!!!By Darcie Hartwick, June 25, 2017
