- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Good days and bad days. Had an account for 20+ years; in the last couple years in regards to loan services, I've had horrible experiences. It took three trips to the registration office for our new-to-us 2012 car because we kept needing more documents that we didn't get the first time. Another incident really put me off of their loan services. However, for your day-to-day business, they're good. Always very kind and helpful. There are times where KSUFCU is terribly slow, but that's to be expected with a large local bank.By Sara Liming, April 19, 2017
